  After telling him the issue I had, he didn't offer any suggestions, just wanted me to bring the bike in and pay by the hour $90+ just to quote the work.
  
  I understand it's hard to diagnose over the phone but previously they have boasted about all the experience they have, but was unable to even suggest what may be the problem.
  
  After speaking to other local shops they were much more helpful and willing to give advice without having to pay for it.
  
  Would not recommend
